This is the way which a 17 year old girl use to lose 5 – 10 lbs by Halloween. I think it's a good way and may be useful for you.
The girl weighs 148 lbs and about 5'2 – 5'3". Her measurements are 38C-30-40 and can't quite wear a size 10 pants. she's trying to get to 115 – 122 lbs, and size 6-8. Here is how she do:
Breakfast at 6 AM – An omelet with two eggs and some vegetables (210 calories) with a glass of skim milk on the side (90 calories)
Snack at 9 AM – Fat free yogurt with granola (120 calories)
Lunch 11:30 AM – A salad with cucumbers, lettuce and carrots, and some carrots on the side with a serving of peanut butter (190 calories for the PB)
Dinner at 4 PM – Another salad, with either some fruit or some beans on the side.
She is a vegetarian, do not eat meat. She drinks more than 8 glasses of water a day, and also drinks green tea twice a day, but add NO sugar to it. She doesn't drink any juice or soda either. Make sure calories are always above 1200.
The workout is this:
6 days a week, she runs outside in the backyard for about 30 – 45 minutes. She changes up her speed, sometimes goes really fast and then slow down, other times shes sprint, and other times goes at a normal pace, but one that's fast enough to get her heart rate up.
