6 Tips To Fast Weight Loss
Why is that every time you try to loss weight you fail? I don't know about you, but my own bad habits were what got in the way. It wasn't until I kicked those bad habits that I was able to lose weight and keep it off.

Here are the tips that I used, and they should work for you too!

1. Just get up and move. It doesn't matter what type of exercise you get, you need to get some. Now you don't have to go the gym and spend hours sweating with all those fit people looking at you. You just have to do some moderate exercise daily. Walk more, climb the stairs at work instead of taking the elevator, do a few sit ups. See, wasn't that easy.

2. Scale back on your eating. Now you don't have to go overboard and eat nothing but cottage cheese and tofu, just cut out the foods that are bad for you. You'll lose weight and have a better heart. Hey, a two for one here.

3. Drink more fluids. Water is the best fluid and your body needs it. Try to drink between 8 and 12 glasses of water a day. It trick your body into thinking it is full, and you will cut back on eating naturally.

4. Subtract activities that are bad for you, for example, eating snacks while watching TV. Either eliminate it, or eat a healthy snack instead. Instead of sitting around watching TV, use a stair stepper or treadmill while you watch TV. There are lots of things you can do to help you lose weight.

5. Visualize yourself as a new skinny person. Think positive thoughts, not negative thoughts. The mind is funny that way. Think "I'm glad I am a lot thinner" not "I want to loss weight". There are lots of reasons this works, too many to go into here.

6. REPEAT the first five steps. You just have to convince yourself that you are serious about losing weight. Set a goal and don't let anything stand in your way.
